We were so lucky to have found Kelly, working with A&K Custom Monument Service. When my dad passed away, and my sister and I walked into the showroom, we knew immediately we had come to the right place. We immediately found ourselves at ease in making our decision, we spotted some of the work that Kelly had done, and I knew, she was the one to help us create the perfect monument for Jared.

When we started talking about the hand etching, she didn’t say "okay do you have a picture I can use to sketch", instead she said "tell me about Jared, bring me photos that show me who he was. She talked to all of us, the kids, my mom, and my sisters. It was very healing, she allowed me to watch the progress, and it was so healing to see him come to life. I remember when she sent me the first piece, his eyes….. and I could see him looking at me, as if life was in his eyes again.

A & K Monuments was wonderful to work with. I had to do the pre planning for my parents and they made a difficult situation as pleasant and professional as it could have been. Kelly spent lots of time with me deciding on what would suit our needs and making their stone personal to them. I had to use my pre planning rather quickly, and after going through that process I can tell you, at your time of grief, it made things a lot easier knowing all the details had been decided and taken care of. A&K made my father very happy with this rock and the work is outstanding. My dad and I went in with some ideas and Aaron provided suggestions that really made the engraving stand out. This rock is placed at the entrance of dad's woods and ...the comments he is receiving are all positive. This one really hit home. We all have those special people in ours lives that are difficult to buy a gift for that is personal. I just want to say thank you to A & K for their outstanding work. The stone they did for my wife for Mother’s Day was top notch. I met with Aaron on Tuesday and gave him some ideas on the font and other suggestions and he did the rest. He got all the work done and even delivered it on the Saturday before Mother’s Day and it was better than I even expected. My wife just loved it and we could not be more pleased.
